The ANCCE studbook administration has recently updated most of their forms. Go to their website by following this link: http://www.lgancce.com/web2/page/documentation?lang=en or if you type in www.lgancce.com then select the English language version and click on "Documentation". If you scroll down on the page you will find explanatory notes for each form. |

2012 PRE Judging Tour and SeminarDates for Judging Tour 14.February - 25. February Locations to visit: Geraldine, Hamilton, Whakatane, Auckland, New Plymouth, Wellington, Nelson, Rangiora. Dates for Seminar Sunday 26. February Start time: TBC Venue: Hanna Stud, Rangiora The seminar will cover a range of topics and a more detailed list will be published at a later stage. The format will combine theory sessions and judging practise of horses using the official scoresheets. Spaces at the seminar are limited. Please read notice from ANCCE below, which we received last week. It relates to studs who use an abbreviation of their stud name in the form of a stud prefix or - suffix and for naming of their foals. ANCCE require studs who use letters to denote their stud name for the naming of their horses to fill out aform and return it to Melanie James as soon as possible. The deadline for this is 31 January 2012 which will come up quickly! We advise for you to do this promptly to avoid disappointment and your favourite choice of letters might already be allocated to another stud. The link for the form is here. |

Changes to Breeding and Birth Certificate |

ANCCE has made some minor changes to the BREEDING and BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Please note that as of recently, this form is made up of only 2 copies: the top white copy (for the mare owner to keep) and the yellow copy (for the stallion owner). The blue copy has been omitted. You can find a detailed desciption of what to do with this form under the "'How to.....?" section by clicking on item 4) Breeding Season and item 5) Foal Registration |
